1. Preheat oven to 325° F. 2. Beat almond paste, butter, sugar and vanilla in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until smooth.
3. Add eggs slowly, mixing between each addition. 4. Sift cake flour, baking powder and salt together over egg mixture.
5. Add sour cream and beat to combine. 6. Pour onto a quarter sheet pan lined with parchment paper and spread evenly over surface.
