If you temper the chocolate, you can leave this out on the counter and it won't lose the snap and shine. If you don't temper the chocolate, you must keep it refrigerated instead.
1. If you will be tempering your chocolate, begin there. If not, hop on down to step two. 2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and pour it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Sprinkle Easter candy like M&Ms and sprinkles over the chocolate and let the chocolate harden. Place it in the fridge if you did not temper the chocolate.
