– Bread Flour – Baking Soda & Salt – Butter  – Sugar – Eggs – Lemon Zest & Juice – Buttermilk

HOW TO MAKE Lemon Cupcakes

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 24-cup cupcake or muffin pan with paper liners.

Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream the softened butter and sugar with the paddle attachment.
