Ingredients you will need...

Challah Loaf (Day Old)

Large Eggs

Condensed Milk (Sweet)

Heavy Whipping Cream

Maple Syrup

Teaspoon Salt

Light Brown Sugar

Browned Unsalted Butter

Bourbon 

Vanilla Extract

Chopped Toasted Pecans

Toasting brings out the delicious nutty flavor that we love in pecans. Place your pecans in a single layer on a sheet pan and bake for 6-8 minutes at 350­° F. 

Before you start making your bread pudding...

Beat eggs on medium speed until fluffy. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, maple syrup, salt, brown sugar, browned butter, bourbon, and vanilla...

 Coat an 8 1/2" x 11" (1 1/2 quart) baking dish with non stick cooking spray.

Heat oven to 350­° F. Bake the bread pudding for 65 to 75 minutes until the edged become golden brown

After refridgerating your unbaked bread pudding overnight...

Enjoy warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and warm caramel sauce...
