Sweet Potato Bundt Cake

Moist and flavorful sweet potato cake has a wonderful cream cheese surprise in the middle

Ingredients

Cream Cheese Filling – cream cheese softened – butter softened – sugar – egg – AP flour – vanilla extract

Ingredients

Sweet Potato Cake – AP flour – baking soda – cinnamon – cloves – nutmeg – ginger – salt – unsalted butter softened – sugar – eggs – vanilla extract – sweet potato puree – vegetable oil –whole milk

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 10″ bundt pan with baking spray

Combine cream cheese, butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, flour, vanilla, and continue mixing until smooth.

Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger and salt.  Set aside.

Beat in eggs one at a time and then stir in vanilla, sweet potato puree and vegetable oil until combined.
