Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Avocados
  • 8 ounces Creme Fraiche (226 grams)
  • ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream (125 mL)
  • ½ cup Grapefruit Juice (120 mL)
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • cup Sugar (135 grams)
  • Dash of Salt

Instructions

  • Slice the avocados in half and remove the pit.
  • Scoop out the flesh and cut into small pieces.
  • Puree the avocado pieces in your food processor or blender with all other ingredients. Puree until the sugar is dissolved and it is smooth.
  • Place mixture in refrigerator for 2 hours and then freeze in your ice cream maker according to your manufacturers instructions.
