Chocolate Caramel Muffins

Sometimes we need a little something sweet to get us through the day. That's why caramel muffins are perfect!

This recipe is great for any sweet craving.

INGREDIENTS

– Vegetable Oil  – Egg – Yogurt  – Sour Cream  – Vanilla Extract

HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE CARAMEL MUFFINS

Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine the oil with the egg in a large bowl and mix on medium-high speed.

Add yogurt, sour cream, vanilla, and sugar and continue to mix until just combined.

In a separate bowl grate the chocolate.

Add salt, flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and espresso powder to the chocolate bowl.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the oil mixture and stir until combined with a whisk. Do not overmix.

Bake the muffins at 400°F for 5 minutes.

Scoop the finished mix into the muffin cups, about ¾ full.
