Ingredients 

Heavy Whipping Cream

Cocoa Powder

Sweetened Condensed Milk

Vanilla Extract

Andes Mints

In a large bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream and cocoa powder. Use an electric hand mixer to whip the cream until stiff peaks begin to form.

Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and Andes mint pieces until the mixture is homogenous and the chocolate pieces are evenly distributed.

Pour the mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
