S'mores Cake

This S'mores Cake tasted as good as it looks. It's a very simple recipe but with quite a few steps.  

This is one of those desserts that you need to plan for just due to setup time in the freezer.

INGREDIENTS FOR S'MORES CAKE

Devil's Food Cake: – AP flour – Dutch processed cocoa powder – Baking soda – Baking powder – Kosher salt – Eggs – Granulated sugar – Vanilla paste – Mayonnaise

HOW TO MAKE S'MORES CAKE

To start, line four 3' diameter ring molds with acetate and place on a silpat lined baking sheet, and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 325°. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder in a medium sized bowl. Add the salt and stir to combine.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, place the eggs, sugar and vanilla in the bowl and mix on medium-low speed about 1 minute to combine with the whisk attachment.

Increase the speed to medium and whip for five minutes.
