– Bananas (very ripe) – Butter – Rum – Dark brown sugar – Egg – Vanilla extract – Baking soda – AP Flour
1. Mash the bananas in a bowl and add the remaining wet ingredients. 2. Sift in the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
3. Fold in the chocolate chunks and transfer the batter to a baking pan. 4. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 5. Cool 15 minutes before eating.
