My Apple Crumble Cheesecake Recipe 

This recipe is perfect for any occasion, but we love serving it during the holidays when you want something sweet but not too heavy.

I love making one of these as part of my Thanksgiving desserts. It's also just as good in the spring or summer if you enjoy lighter desserts.

INGREDIENTS FOR Apple Crumble Cheesecake

– Packages Cream Cheese – Granulated Sugar  – Large Eggs – Vanilla Extract – Heavy Cream

HOW TO MAKE APPLE CRUMBLE CHEESECAKE

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the graham crackers, walnuts, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a food processor.

Place the room temperature cream cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer. Use an electric mixer and mix the cheese until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, 1 at a time.

Add the heavy cream and mix until just combined. Don't over mix.

Pour the cheesecake filling mixture into the prepared springform pan.
