NO CHURN KEY LIME PIE ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS FOR  NO CHURN KEY LIME PIE ICE CREAM

– Key Limes – Graham Crackers – Cream Cheese – Heavy Whipping Cream – Sweetened Condensed Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and lime zest and use a rubber spatula to fold everything together. Set aside.

Step 3. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and key lime juice until smooth.

Step 4. Gently swirl the cream cheese mixture and crushed graham crackers throughout the key lime base.

Step 5. Transfer the no-churn key lime pie ice cream to a metal loaf tin, cover it, and allow it to set completely in the freezer.
