Pumpkin Spice Pull Apart Bread

Served for breakfast or dessert, this Pumpkin Spice Monkey Bread is a crowd pleaser. This pull apart bread can be made with fresh or canned pumpkin puree.

This Pumpkin Spice Pull Apart Bread is flaky and tender and loaded with everyone's favorite pumpkin spice flavor then topped with a sweet cinnamon vanilla glaze.

INGREDIENTS IN PUMPKIN SPICE PULL APART BREAD

– Milk – Active dry yeast – Pumpkin puree - fresh is best but canned will work – Butter – Sugar – Egg yolk – Salt – AP Flour – Brown sugar – Cinnamon – Ginger

HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN SPICE PULL APART BREAD

1. In small saucepan warm the milk up to 105°F. Once warm, combine in a large bowl, the milk and yeast.  2. Stir to dissolve. Let stand 10 minutes or until foamy.

3. Add ½ cup of pumpkin, 3 tablespoons of butter, sugar, egg yolk, and salt to the yeast mixture. Beat with a mixer on medium speed until combined.

5. Add half of the flour and continue mixing for 3 minutes. Once mixed, add the remaining flour. 6. Cover and let rise in a warm place until nearly double in size.
