1. Heat milk, cream and orange zest until simmering. 2. Remove from the heat and let stand for 3 minutes. Strain the mixture to remove the zest.
5. Pour into an ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer's instructions. 6. Halfway through the freezing process drizzle in the cooled, melted chocolate.
The chocolate chunks gave the ice cream a much-needed crunch that I was looking for.
