PEAR CRANBERRY SPICED CRISP                                      

Sweet pears and tart cranberries pair perfectly in this warm simple dessert!

INGREDIENTS FOR  PEAR CRANBERRY SPICED CRISP

– Light Brown Sugar – AP flour – Salt – Cinnamon – Ground Nutmeg – Ground Allspice – Pears – Frozen Cranberries

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375°. Spray 6 (8 ounce) ramekins with baking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice.

Stir in pears and cranberries until combined. Divide mixture into prepared ramekins.

Crisp topping: In a small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, butter, flour, and cinnamon until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Sprinkle over the fruit. Bake until golden brown and bubble, 30 – 35 minutes.
