Bailey's Chocolate Truffles

This Baileys Chocolate Truffle recipe is another one of my favorite holiday desserts. Baileys truffles are perfect for gifting to friends and family!

These decadent treats are perfect for the holidays, but you can tuck into them any time you need a little Baileys-flavored pick-me-up.

INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCOLATE DONUT BREAD PUDDING

– Ladyfingers  – Baileys Espresso Creme  – Milk Chocolate  – Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

HOW TO MAKE BAILEYS CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

Crush the ladyfingers in a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin. Place the crumbs in a bowl and add in the Baileys Espresso Creme. Let sit for 30 minutes.

Chop your chocolate into small pieces. We are going with a double boiler melting process. You could melt in the microwave if you desire.

HOW TO MAKE BAILEYS CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

Once chocolate has cooled down a bit, add it to the ladyfingers. Stir to combine.

Cover your bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to cool for about an hour.
