Avocados are native to Mexico and Central America but have spread throughout the world. They grow on large trees, which can live up to 100 years!
Slice the ripe avocados and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and cut it into small pieces. Puree the avocados with all the other ingredients.
When you are ready to enjoy this delicious dessert, take it out of the freezer for 10-15 minutes to soften it.
