A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Serena is an award winning chocolatier, pâtissière and recipe developer that loves creating culinary masterpieces. As a former financial executive for the travel industry, Serena developed an intense passion for photography and food. She toured the world with both her camera and notebook in hand to capture every delicious dish or creative shot she could find.
She has worked with many top restaurants and also with America’s Test Kitchen, Cooks Country, and Cooks Illustrated where she honed her recipe writing skills. She spent years perfecting recipes for pastries, desserts and chocolates before working on a new cookbook. A soon-to-be bestseller!
